OUR CIDERS

Ploughman ciders emerged from five generations of growing apples here at Three Springs Fruit Farm.

We bring this expertise together with the long tradition of cidermaking to create cider that is both classic and complex. We seek out the very best flavors, aromas, and sensations that our fruit has to offer, then we give it ideal conditions to ferment and develop in its own time.

Each bottle of Ploughman cider is a thoughtful blend of apples from our farm and interesting ingredients that compliment the flavors we find in the fruit. We use either wild or cultured yeasts or a combination of both to add just the right level of depth and complexity of flavor to each cider. We always work with the real ingredients – never extracts or artificial flavors – and we celebrate their presence through carefully crafted ciders.

At its essence cider is an agricultural product, therefore availability varies depending on the whims of the fruit and fermentation. Follow us on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook for upcoming cider releases.
