Stayman Winesap has lovely characteristics in cider. We were thrilled to partner with Terry Hawbaker of Lovedraft's Brewing Co to collaborate and use his house cultures to ferment this cider. The aroma these cultures coaxed out of this classic apple were outstanding; guava, apple peel, melon, vanilla, and forest floor.
