Barrel-Aged Still Cider with Crabapples

This is a still cider that has at least 15 excellent apple varieties in its blend. The result is one of our better efforts, in our opinion. It is big fruit, gentle barrel, and gripping big tannins that will grab your attention and linger in a pleasant and inquisitive way. We named this cider hemiola, which is a musical term for a specific rhythmic complexity that we found was a good match for what we're experiencing in the glass.
