Dry Cider with Malaysian Spices

A Malay word meaning cross-cultural harmony, Muhibbah was inspired by a series of Cheese, Sambal, & Cider collaboration dinners with Malaysian chef Ange Branca and cheesemaker Jamie Png. Incorporating makrut lime leaves, star anise, cumin and coriander into a dry cider, we’ve created a drink that we hope embodies the Muhibbah values of tolerance, understanding, and friendship across diversity.
