Apples make cider and pears make perry. Rarer still than these two, plums make jerkum! Ploughman crew VIP and lead cellarman Joshua Gulas put together a very special Jerkum for Ploughshares Cider Club members that incorporate spicy peppers from our own Three Springs Fruit Farm. But don't worry, these are blended together very subtly and tastefully - this is a very fun, very food-friendly drink that we know you'll love. Cheers to trying something new! Don't worry - we blended some cider into this creation as well.
