Five years ago, we had the pleasure of working with an incredible agricultural product - local baby ginger from our friends at Rising Sun Farms. While tidying up around the cellar, we discovered a second batch of this incredible ginger and Gold Rush cider. And the beauty of that vibrant baby ginger was preserved all this while through the magic of fermentation.
