Our fascination with Stayman Winesap ciders is boundless! In this cider, the Stayman was able to retain a bit of its sweetness through a production technique called The Rural Method. Similar to keeving, this fermentation was stalled before it was completed, making this cider unique among our Stayman single varietal ciders. Notes of strawberry, honey, and ripe apple.
