‘DABINETT / ROXBURY RUSSET’, A young apple from the old world meets the oldest apple of the new world. Dabinett, England’s most reliable cider apple, is relatively young. It brings deep apple richness and a lingering toffee note to the finish. Roxbury Russet, discovered in Massachusetts in 1635, brings a tart freshness. This cider was aged in oak barrels for more than a year. 65% Dabinett. 35% Roxbury Russet.
