Vermouth
The Plenum represents to us a fullness, hence the name, of the expression of its fruit. This confluence of Montmorency cherries with their lush aromatic sweetness, Goldrush apples distilled and aged in oak, all grown at our mother farm, and just enough bittering herbs to bring depth, presents a culmination of two growing seasons of work with good fruit. Enjoy it straight, with club soda, in a cocktail, or add a shot of Plenum to your favorite IPA.
